Update to Bondholders
QUOTE
The Company hereby announces that the wholly owned subsidiary of AST Green Shipping Limited (C 104938), AST Shipping Limited (C83011) has changed its name to AST Shipping 1 Limited.
Further to the above, the Company would also like to announce that a new shipping company with the name AST Shipping 2 Limited (C105843) has been incorporated and is wholly owned by AST Green Shipping Limited. In accordance with the Prospectus and the Security Trust Deed, the issued shares of AST Shipping 2 Limited shall be pledged in favour of Onyx Trustees Limited (previously VB Onyx Limited) as security trustee of the AST Trust II.
Furthermore, the Company shall provide further updates upon the purchase of a vessel by AST Shipping 2 Limited in accordance with the Prospectus and the Collateral is constituted in favour of Onyx Trustees Limited as security trustee of the AST Trust II in accordance with the Security Trust Deed.
