The Company announces that, with effect from 25th January 2020, Silvio Muscat, holder of Warrant Number: 48115, resigned from the auditor of the Company and consequently gave rise to a casual vacancy in the office of auditor. The Company has for this purpose considered alternative auditors and/or audit firms to carry out the function of auditor for the Company and thereby fill the casual vacancy in terms of Article 152(1) of the Companies Act.
Horwath Services Limited Malta have been appointed as auditors of the Company with effect from the 28th January 2020.
