Resignation of Auditor
QUOTE
By virtue of a letter dated 28th November 2025, Horwath Malta notified the Company of their resignation from auditors of the Company and the Company’s subsidiary undertakings.
Concurrently with their resignation, the outgoing auditors confirmed that there is no circumstance around their resignation that should be brought to the attention of the shareholders or creditors of the Company and the Company’s subsidiary undertakings.
Mindful of its obligations in terms of law relating to the preparation and publication of its Annual Financial Report for year ending 31 December 2025, the Company has immediately embarked
on a process intended to appoint new auditors to fill in the casual vacancy caused by Horwath Malta’s resignation and is currently undergoing an onboarding process with a local audit firm.
The Company will keep the market informed of developments in this regard.
