The Company wishes to inform the market that it has published its corporate calendar for the financial year ending 31 December, 2026. Such corporate calendar outlines pertinent dates for the year which may be of interest to bondholders and other stakeholders, including the intended dates for:
– the approval and publication of annual audited financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025; – the approval and publication of interim unaudited financial statements for the period 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026; and
– the 2026 annual general meeting.
